Position Summary:

This position is responsible for effective management of marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the Company as well as efficient management of contractual agreements. Marketing responsibilities include developing specific customer-relations programs, developing pricing strategies, conducting market research, developing plans for new products, and managing trade exhibits and publications. Contract Administration responsibilities include review, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of Request for Proposals, General/Master Purchase Agreements, Non-disclosure Agreements, and review of customer proposed terms and conditions. You will serve as point-of-contact for customers on contractual matters.

•   Ability to efficiently coordinate trade shows and promotional activities
